i had a great stay at glen garth. the single room was very clean and tidy, just what i needed for a one-night stay. it is close to the bus station and nestled in a safe residential area. the full english breakfast was delicious and filling. also, the hosts were kind enough to give me an hour for late check-out, which was a nice touch.

We had an amazing time during our stay! Hayley & John were so friendly and made us feel right at home. We visited the zoo and enjoyed some great walks around the area. The family room was quiet, and breakfast was delicious! It's just a short walk to the city center, making it super convenient. Highly recommend staying here!
There was nothing we didn't like during our stay, but if I had to pick, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times.

stayed at glen garth for 1 night and it was just awsome! hayley and john were super welcoming, even had lil touches in the room that made it feel homey. the breakfast was absoloutely delish, i mean, i had a full english and loved every bite! wifi was great too, worked well for me while i was on business. location is nice n quiet but still close to the city center!
only thing was i forgot to ask about parking before arriving, but hayley sorted it out easy peasy. shower could've been a tad bigger, but it was still fine.

Charming Stay with Historical Vibes
We spent two nights in a lovely double room, navigating the quaint cobblestone streets with our walking sticks. The ambiance was rich with history, and the service was attentive. Don't miss out on the local dining options nearby—perfect for a cozy evening!

Chester nailed it with its local eateries! We loved the hearty breakfast at Glen Garth—it was a proper feast! Plus, you can't miss the charming cafes like Chatwins and the delicious Delhi Street close by. Made in Italy served up some delightful bites too!
The only tiny hiccup was the size of the shower, but honestly, it didn’t spoil our vibe one bit. It was still a smashing stay with superb hosts and fab grub!
